 Dr.Nimisha R.Nair is an accomplished academic specializing in the area of Microbial Biotechnology, complemented by range of qualifications including a PhD in Biotechnology from National Institute For Interdisciplinary Science and Technology,CSIR-NIIST and a M.Sc. in Microbiology. She has about eight years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor in Microbiology at Kerala Agriculture University and University of Kerala and 7 years of research experience. She is recognised as a subject matter expert on Microbial Biotechnology and awarded CSIR-NET lectureship (LS), 2009 and Ph.D. in Biotechnology for the Thesis entitled “Poly(L) Lactide: Synthesis and Biodegradation” by University of Kerala (2015).Demonstrates skills of Microbiology techniques, Recombinant DNA techniques, Bioprocess techniques, Immunology and Protein biochemistry. An influential research leader who can motivate, educate and achieve research objectives. 

A curious researcher, Ramya Krishnan, completed her MSc. in Biotechnology from Amity University and underwent her MSc. projects at National Botanical Research Institute (CSIR-NBRI) and Indian Veterinary Research Institute (ICMR-IVRI). She joined the National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and technology as a CSIR-JRF fellow, where she underwent her Ph.D in molecular microbial ecology. Her Ph.D thesis is titled “molecular and functional characterization of native novel 1-aminocyclopropane carboxylic acid (ACC) deaminase containing phytobeneficial rhizobacteria from coastal saline tolerant pokkali rice varieties of Kerala”. She specializes in the areas of molecular microbiology, microbial ecology and plant-microbe interactions and is skilled in classical and modern microbiology and molecular biology. 

Dr. Viji is an applied science enthusiast, completed her masters in technology in Biotechnology and Ph.D in life sciences with specialization in materials and its biological applications. She has more than 10 peer-reviewed research and review articles in high-impact factor journals. With more than 6 years of teaching experience and expertise in animal cell culture, her research interest majorly lies in the field of interaction of materials and cells and its applications in bio-medical applications.

Dr. Deepa J. M. is a passionate scientific researcher in the field of plant biotechnology. She completed her M.Sc. in microbiology from Mahatma Gandhi University, M. Phil. Biotechnology from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and has a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden & Research Institute affiliated to the University of Kerala.  She is a dynamic person in multidisciplinary field of Microbiology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology seamlessly blending scientific expertise with practical solutions. She has been working in plant tissue culture, secondary metabolite production and microbial analysis since 2015.
