Sample submission instructions

Welcome to Athmic Biotech's R&D lab, where we are dedicated to advancing scientific research. If you're interested in utilizing our R&D facilities and services, please follow these guidelines for sample submission:

1. Initial Inquiry:

- To determine the feasibility of your analysis and to get a rough cost estimate, please start by filling out our online sample analysis enquiry form. 

2. Response Time:

- Expect to hear back from us within 48 hours of submitting the sample submission form. Our representative will reach out to you to discuss your requirements and project details.

3. Sample Submission:

-  We would greatly appreciate it if you could also ensure that the duly filled sample submission form is included along with your samples. If you have any specific requirements concerning concentrations or methodologies, please do not hesitate to mention them in the form or communicate them via email to mail@athmicbiotech.com. In the absence of specific instructions, we will, of course, adhere to our lab's standard operating protocol. Your cooperation in this matter is sincerely appreciated. 

4. Sample Packaging:

- For solid or powdered samples, use zip-lock bags for secure containment. For liquid samples, we prefer polypropylene tubes. Avoid using glass containers to prevent breakage during transit.

5. Communication of Results:

- Once the analysis is complete, we will send you the analysis report, images, and any additional data via email for your convenience.

6. Payment Process:

- Please note that we will initiate the processing of your samples only after receiving the full payment in advance. We accept payment through the specified methods provided upon request.

- We recommend using reliable courier services such as India Post (Speed Post), Blue Dart, or Professional Courier for sending your samples to ensure safe and timely delivery.
