Sample submission instructions

At Athmic Biotech, we are committed to advancing scientific research and supporting scholars and institutions in their endeavors. If you're interested in utilizing our R&D facilities and services, please follow these guidelines for sample submission:

1. Initial Inquiry:

Begin by filling out our online sample analysis enquiry form. to check the feasibility of your analysis and receive a rough cost estimate.
We strive to respond within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry (During week days). Our representative will contact you to discuss your requirements and project details.

2. Quotation:

After submitting the online form, you will receive a quotation document via email. To proceed with the service, kindly use the last two pages of the document as your official Work Order (WO) form. Ensure all required details are completed before submission to facilitate smooth processing.

3. Sample Submission:

Please ensure the duly filled work order form accompanies your samples.
If you have specific requirements for concentrations or methodologies, include them in the form or email them to mail@athmicbiotech.com.
In the absence of specific instructions, we will follow our standard operating protocols (SOPs) for analysis.

4. Sample Packaging:

Solid or powdered samples: Use zip-lock bags to ensure secure containment.
Liquid samples: Preferably use polypropylene tubes for safety during transit.
Avoid glass containers to prevent breakage during handling.

5. Communication of Results:

Upon completion of the analysis, we will share the analysis report, images, and any additional data via email for your convenience.

6. Payment Process:

A minimum of 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance along with the Work Order (WO).
The remaining balance must be cleared before the analysis begins.
Payments can be made via cash, NEFT, QR code, or other accepted methods. Customers are required to inform transaction details and request a receipt for cash payments.
