Prepare Your Sample
Follow the sample preparation guidelines below. Ensure samples are correctly labelled, packaged, and accompanied by the sample submission form.
Ship or Drop Off
Courier your samples to our laboratory address or schedule a drop-off. Ensure cold chain if required.
Get AddressAnalysis in Progress
Upon receipt, your samples are logged into our LIMS and analysis begins. You will receive status updates via your client portal.
Receive Report
Analytical reports are delivered digitally through your secure client portal. Hard copies available on request.
Client PortalSample Preparation Guidelines
Plant / Herbal Samples
- Dry samples: clean, shade-dried, and ground to fine powder
- Minimum quantity: 50–100g for standard analysis
- Pack in airtight zip-lock bags; label with sample name and date
- Fresh samples: refrigerate and ship with ice packs
Tissue / Cell Samples
- Tissue samples: preserve in RNAlater or flash-freeze in liquid nitrogen
- Cell pellets: spin at 300×g, discard supernatant, store at −80°C
- Ship on dry ice in leak-proof containers
- Include a sample information sheet with each shipment
Synthetic Compounds / Extracts
- Minimum 10–50 mg per compound for most analyses
- Dissolved samples: use DMSO or specified solvent; label concentration
- Include SDS/safety data sheet for hazardous materials
- Pack in glass vials; seal with parafilm to prevent leakage
Food / Nutraceutical Samples
- Packaged products: send 3–5 units of the retail pack
- Bulk materials: collect a representative composite sample
- Clearly mention shelf life, storage conditions, and lot number
- Minimum 100–200g for nutritional panel analysis
Important: Labelling Requirements
- Every sample must be labelled with: Sample Name, Sample ID, Date of Collection
- Include a completed Sample Submission Form (download below) with each shipment
- Hazardous samples must include an SDS (Safety Data Sheet)
- Unlabelled or insufficiently labelled samples will be returned without analysis
